Answer 1:

While we have been in communications, IT, internet, on-site paging, cell phone technology and more, yes we can proudly proclaim that we are a two-way radio company - and a very successful one at that! In fact, many other suppliers often wish we did not exist. But sadly (for them) we do. We try very hard to supply quality, price and support as a solution and we know from years of experience that's what customers actually want. Recently, we supplied over 700 Motorola radios to one of the biggest names in the UK and they are extremely happy, as indeed Motorola was because we're an authorised dealer and only ever sell fully authorised equipment backed up with the manufacturers warranty. And that applies to all brands we sell.

Answer 2:

We can supply ATEX radios of course. We have always tried to specialise in communication and wireless two-way messaging equipment. If you're already a user of a particular brand then often a customer wants to see just that brand. On the other hand, if you're a new customer who is not brand specific it can all be confusing, so sites like the one you are on currently will give a brief overview of many different brands that we sell. But specialised information about specific brands is important. Yes we do have lots of the best radio brands in the world available. Here are the main ones: Motorola, Entel, HQT, Hytera, Kenwood, ICOM, all POC radio and ATEX brands from UK sourced channels for genuine products only. It's important to us that the products we sell are the best out there and that if there are any major issues then we can talk directly to manufacturers to resolve problems when necessary.

It's always important to understand that we don't just box shift like most of the radio suppliers we know of out there. Answer 8:

For all wireless radios ( or walkie talkies as some call them) we offer the warranty that comes from manufacturers, but we handle it all for you. If you do get any issues simply call us and we'll firstly determine if it's a warranty repair, and then we'll handle the claim for you. If the problem is not warranty, no problem, we will estimate the repair and give a no obligation quotation; then you can either let us fix the item or we'll return it back to you.

Answer 9:

No! While most makers have in place a 'MAP' price (minimum advertised price) and some makers certainly don't like us showing our sell price on the internet, no manufacturer or distributor can insist what we sell equipment for. In fact, that would be illegal to tell us what price to sell equipment to customers for. So we offer very competitive pricing for all two-way radio equipment but in our case we also have free support and great quality brands which is always important.
